Requires: Bachelor's in CS, Engineer, or closely related field & 8 years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Consultant Technical Manager, Senior Application Development Manager, Senior Systems Engineer, or closely related. Position requirements approximately 15% domestic & international travel. Full term work experience must include: SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile); Designing customized software applications for reporting & analytics in financial industry with Oracle MANTAS transaction monitoring & Actimize risk mgmt technologies; Create effective application design specifications with IBM Websphere, Visio, shell scripting, Web Services, Hibernate, EJB 3.0, REST, Scrum; Code development, review, testing, & debugging in Java & Oracle PL/SQL; Managing global software development projects; & Business requirements gathering & analysis for compliance, AML, monitoring & investigations.
