Building Maintenance Engineer

Northlake Mall, a 1.1 million square foot retail development featuring Belk, Dillard’s, Macy’s, and AMC Theatres has an immediate employment opportunity for a Building Maintenance Engineer

Primary responsibilities include assisting the Retail Operations Manager with all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, blueprint reading, construction, and all building maintenance issues. Candidates must have a commercial building background and be able to handle multiple projects consistently. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft software. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, have excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills, and 3+ years experience in a building maintenance position.
