The Coordinator of Member Services oversees the operations of the Member Services desk at the Reily Student Recreation Center. This position manages membership transactions, accounts, and records. The Coordinator assists with the training and supervision of part-time Member Service student employees. This position also assists with the Member Management Software oversight, which processes approximately $1.7M in annual revenues. This position ensures that all financial confidentiality is maintained and that high standards of customer service are provided.
