Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

• Drives a semi-tractor based on a daily schedule as determined by inventory requirements.
• Operates the semi-tractor in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
• Verifies the completion of the transfer documentation, noting any discrepancies.
• Completes daily D.O.T. required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and submits to supervisor.
• Prepares drivers log daily, and submits to supervisor for review.
• Shags trailers onto and off of docks as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have Class A Commercial Drivers License.
• 2 years operating a commercial motor vehicle - DOT requirement.
• Excellent driving record for preceding 3 years.
• Knowledge of Omaha street addresses.
• Good communications skills.

Schedule Requirements:

• This is a temporary position for the holiday season.  We have day and night shifts available. Please plan to work 12 hour shifts, up to 7 days per week, 5 am – 5 pm (Days) & 5 pm – 5 am (Nights).  Peek time is November through the end of December.
