The Microsoft M365 Windows Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Windows-related services within the Lee Enterprises organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, Windows Server operating systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities - Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, such as Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or Job Experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and Microsoft 365 deployment.
- Experience in large Enterprise Intune/Autopilot deployments
Pay: $85,000-$95,000
