Bessolo Design Group, Inc. (Bessolo Design), an Architectural/Engineering/Interior Design firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator who has a high degree of integrity, whom is creative, self-motivated and focused on exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be supporting the Business Development & Marketing Manager, and will be engaged in a collaborative, growth focused environment.

Essential Job Functions include but not limited to: Support the overall Business Development and Marketing Department's initiatives with planning, executing and tracking of marketing programs, for example lead generation, email, events, social media and content marketing Assist with researching clients, market trends and background information associated with business development efforts Update and maintain website and social media outlets, as well as company related news; includes tracking related analytics Assist with the coordination, set up and participation in industry functions including networking events, office events and tradeshow conferences Responsible for creating content and printing materials for prospect meetings, presentations and tradeshows Serve as liaison between the firm and outside agencies, consultants, print suppliers and other marketing services Creates, proofreads and edits copy for multiple content channels, ensuring consistent branding efforts Data entry and maintenance of internal CRM System Coordinate, format, write, edit and proofread proposal pursuits (RFP/RFQ); includes graphic design efforts Identify industry publications and award submissions Create, update and maintain internal and external marketing materials and collateral Assist with coordination of professional photography for completed projects Assist with creation of annual strategic planning and associated budget All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising or a related field and/or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from briefing to completion with minimal oversight. Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, as well as Constant Contact Excellent time management skills Must be creative, honest, organized and flexible; candidate should have enthusiasm for their work Ability to travel and attend conferences and tradeshows, as required
