Job Summary:
Duties include but are not limited to: Issue supplies utilizing various methodologies including OmniCell Supply System restock orders, par level filing, call-down requests, filling of faxed or hand-delivered requisitions sheets. Critical station and kit supply assembly, verification and delivery. Will provide customer service response to telephone requests for product information and product requests. Will complete documentation for return, stock-outs and expired products as necessary. Assists in the maintenance of stock room; Unpacks supplies and stock shelves; keeps distribution area clean and free of boxes. Must demonstrate the ability to lift and move heavy boxes and carts using proper body mechanics and manual dexterity; follow written instructions from cards and manuals; effective communication skills; ability to move swiftly in emergencies; use of all five senses (with adequate correction). Must be able to lift 35 pounds to shoulder height. Must be able to sustain long periods of standing & walking.
Minimum Qualifications:
New York State Department of Civil Service Eligible List or eligible for transfer.

Work Days:
Schedule based on a 40 hour work week. 3:00pm-11:30pm, rotating pass days, weekends, and holidays.
