Leadership:

* Facilitates development of strategic plan(s) for Hematology/Oncology Clinics

Coordinate:

* Coordinates the provision of hematology/oncology services at clinics within scope of responsibility

Manage/Supervise:

* Directs, manages, supervises staff within scope of responsibility
* Provides counseling/coaching and corrective action(s) when necessary

Budget:

* Develops and implements personnel, expense, and capital budgets for departments/clinics within scope of responsibility
* Demonstrates fiscal leadership and responsibility in utilizing resources
* Assists in the facilitation of fundraising efforts for oncology services

Reporting:

* Prepares and presents operational and financial reports/projects as required

Regulation:

* Adheres to NMHS/NMMC Policies/Procedures/Guidelines
* Complies with appropriate Local/State/Federal policies/procedures/guideline/regulations/laws/statues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Pathology, Business Administration, or other healthcare related field, required; Master's Degree preferred
* Minimum of 3 years clinic management experience; required+
* Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills; required
* Working knowledge of computers and computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel); required
* Excellent interpersonal skills; required
* Interaction with patient population of adults and geriatrics; required
