Overview

SCOPE OF WORK


The Process Improvement Coordinator will provide support to the Education Team to improve employee experience, enhance educational opportunities, and improve employee retention. This position will gather and track data to ensure completion of various milestones including, new hire orientation training and annual reviews. This position will assist with the development of SOP’s and instructional guides, help to drive the adoption and communication of materials, plan and provide training and instruction for Corporate and Operations Staff. This position will also update employee job descriptions and assist to ensure Corporate Resources are relevant.


Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Uses Gaylor Performance Values as tools to carry out all job responsibilities
• Review data to ensure compliance with new hire orientation safety training
• Launch monthly performance reviews
• Monitor the completion of performance reviews and follow up as needed on overdue reviews
• Train and assist supervisors with the review process as needed
• Learn and assist with the management of the financial learning management system
• Create processes and procedures to create efficiencies
• Assist with the development of SOP’s and instructional guides
• Edit educational training videos and assist with the learning management system
• Review, edit, and modernize job descriptions
• Cultivates working relationships with managers, supervisors, and customer/clients encouraging a cooperative environment

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS


• Ability to lead by example with a comprehensive understanding of the company guidelines, ultimately improving organizational consistency by leading from corporate
• Must be self-motivated and work without direct supervision
• Flexibility in schedules to work directly with interdepartmental personnel at all Gaylor locations upon short notice
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Display organization skills for record keeping and documentation purposes
• Maintain high level confidentiality of all information

• Professional business demeanor and conduct by demonstrating reliability, competency, and accountability
• Work collaboratively to perform advanced, diversified, and complex
• Work collaboratively to perform advanced, diversified, and complex administrative duties
• Continued education and training for self-improvement with professional learning needs, and systems and software proficiency
• Frequent and, at times, unplanned travel
• Consideration and implementation of Gaylor Values and Strategic Plan as tools to carry out all job responsibilities


Qualifications

EDUCATION


High school/college graduate, business or related field, or equivalent studies/on-the-job experience.


EXPERIENCE


High level of interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organizational skills, and highly computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
