Reporting to the Director of Development, Newcomb Institute, the Senior Program Manager, Newcomb Alumnae Relations implements a strategic and comprehensive alumni relations program, building upon the strong foundation of the Newcomb Alumnae Association. This position will develop strategies to identify, engage, and involve Newcomb alumnae, stakeholders, and donors with the university and with one another using communications, events, and other activities. The Senior Program Manager will coordinate with the Office of Alumni Relations, Office of Advancement, Newcomb Institute, and the broader university to strengthen and encourage sustainable, lifelong relationships between constituents and the university. They will play an active role in volunteer recruitment, alumni engagement, mentoring and career connections, and reunion programming. The senior program manager is expected to build strong internal relationships with colleagues in Development, Alumni Relations, and with students, faculty, and staff throughout Newcomb Institute, developing a deep understanding of the unit and the University, and to stay abreast of industry best practices in alumnae engagement.
