Key Responsibilities
•Candidate Sourcing: Identify talent through job boards, social media,
networking, and referrals
•Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to
assess skills, experience,
and culture fit
•Client Engagement: Build trusted
relationships with clients to
understand hiring needs and deliver customized staffing solutions
•Job Posting: Write and manage
engaging job ads across multiple
platforms
•Database Management: Maintain
accurate, up-to-date candidate
records in our ATS
•Candidate Presentation: Submit qualified candidates to clients with detailed notes and recommendations
•Onboarding Support: Assist with
candidate start-up and transition processes
•Market Insights: Stay current on
industry trends, salary data,
and market conditions
•Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and
internal procedures

Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum 2 years of
recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
•Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
•Technical Skills: Proficient with
recruitment tools and Applicant
Tracking Systems (ATS)
