Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC is a rapidly-expanding, multidisciplinary adult private practice composed of 10 psychiatrists, 5 psychologists, 1 nurse practitioner, and 3 psychotherapists. Our primary office is located in the heart of downtown Chicago near the Northwestern University Medical School campus and the world-famous Magnificent Mile. A second office is located in Evanston, Illinois, just a few blocks away from the main campus of Northwestern University. Due to recent growth and demand, our office has recently expanded our downtown location and is actively searching for talented clinicians to join our group.

Our practice delivers exceptional mental health services to a high-functioning, professional patient population in a comfortable private practice setting. Clinicians with a diverse clinical background offer initial evaluations, second opinion consultations, medication management, individual therapy, couple's/marital therapy, among other services. A sub-group of our clinicians are experts in the field of Perinatal Psychiatry and work closely with colleagues in OB/GYB and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertily. In addition, we also have a close working relationship with Northwestern University and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and provide services for their undergraduate and graduate students. A collaborative arrangement with McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine also exists and allows us to provide mental health services to residents and fellows who are completing their post graduate medical training at their institution.

Meridian Psychiatric Partners, LLC is actively recruiting 1-2 full-time psychiatrists who are BE/BC and interested in working in a collaborative and nurturing environment. The candidate should value the role of psychotherapy in how he/she practices psychiatry. If desired, the candidate may choose to reserve some of his/her hours for psychotherapy cases. We are searching for candidates who are dynamic, passionate, and motivated to contribute to the further personal and professional growth of the practice and its members. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, as mentoring and early career developemtn is a major focus of our practice. Start date is flexible - within a few weeks to months or if still completing residency, upon graduation from residency.

The position includes a guaranteed salary and an incentive bonus. Medical liability insurance, medical health insurance, PTO days, CME stipend and additional days off, and other benefits are included in the offer.
