We are currently seeking a Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our client’s growing firm! This is a very interesting position! The chosen candidate will be responsible for gathering information of new potential clients as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company brand awareness. To be considered you should have:

• A minimum of 1-year prior experience in a law firm environment (Prior sales and/or marketing experience in addition is a huge plus)
• Spanish speaker is preferred
• A strong phone presence with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills
• The ability to work well in a team
