We have an opportunity for an Electrical CAD Designer. You will be responsible for providing specialized drafting support on various architectural and engineering projects. 

 What you’ll do:

• Provide drafting support in converting engineer's markups into working drawings.
• Assist preparing plans showing electrical device layouts, circuitry, fixtures, equipment, etc.
• Support design, production and construction administration efforts as assigned.
• Utilize drafting/design software and technique to ensure that the design intent is achieved.
• Support and work closely with studio team members; architects, designers, engineers, and interior designers.
• Accountable for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of project work. 

Who you are:

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years’ CAD experience.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/rendering software packages.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of applicable building codes, regulations and standards.
• Communicates ideas and concepts well; is organized and results oriented.
• Respond timely and appropriately to requests and inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Self-motivated, high level of accountability and strong time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle, and be responsible for, project delivery which may be multiple, large or complex in scope.
