We are seeking resumes for a Shipping Supervisor in our Colby, WI facility.

(Location is expected to be moving to Marshfield, WI near the end of 2018)

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure a safe working environment for the shipping team.

·         Develop, administer, and conduct inventory management.

·         Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

·         Project management responsibilities include the following: warehouse space utilization, freight cost optimization, trailer utilization, and driver/vendor delivery coordination.

·         Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding order readiness.

·         Work with other department staff members as required, such as the customer service, sales, and production departments.

·         Process improvement and housekeeping.

·         Ensure on-time delivery and inventory control.

·         Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or 3+ yrs. experience as a Supervisor in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. 

·         Requires a demonstrated commitment to safety, process improvement, and housekeeping. 

·         Must possess advanced computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

·         5+ yrs. experience in a supervisory role within a packaging warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. 

·         Fully proficient in all facets of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving and system administration.
