Full Job Description:

• Full-time Maintenance Technician, starting at $16/hour, need for apartment communities located in East Valley. Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for market ready status. Works as a ream participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school and/or military training a plus.
• One to five years verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.) is preferred with proficiency in a least one major area. HVAC certification a plus.
• A valid AZ Drivers License and reliable transportation a must.
• A criminal background check will be done.
• Hourly rate depends on Experience. Reduced apartment rent after probation period available.
