We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the day-to-day financial, administrative, and human resources functions of our company. This role is essential to keeping our field crews, drivers, and equipment operators supported behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and has a working knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general office management.

• Process accounts receivable and conduct collections follow-up
• Manage accounts payable — invoices, vendor payments, reconciliation
• Administer payroll for field crew, drivers, and equipment operators
• Coordinate HR functions: onboarding, I-9, new hire docs, benefits
• Maintain employee personnel files per Colorado state requirements
• Assist with subcontractor agreements and certificates of insurance
• Light bookkeeping and monthly account reconciliation support
• Manage office communications, mail, and supply inventory

• 3–5 years in office administration, bookkeeping, or similar role
• QuickBooks or similar accounting software strongly preferred
• Construction, trucking, or trades industry experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's preferred

$48,000 – $62,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, retirement plan eligibility, annual performance bonus eligibility, and up to $2,500 relocation assistance.

Compensation range posted in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final compensation determined based on qualifications and experience.
