Become a part of our team of competent and collaborative professionals as a Quality Analyst at Behavioral Health Network!

The Quality Analyst provides performance improvement, project management, and other quality improvements for programs and administrative units at BHN.
  • The Quality Analyst manages projects and initiatives across a wide range of clinical and operational programs. This includes developing plans from inception to implementation, facilitating project meetings, tracking project deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Project Management includes both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Examines workflow and system processes to improve outcomes for clients and staff.
  • Provide analysis function within projects, including when they are the project managers.
The Quality Analyst facilitates, defines, and documents the data collection and reporting needs and acts as a liaison between the program staff and the IS/IT teams. We look for staff with competency or the professional goal of analyzing and using data to impact clinical and operational practices. Lastly, the Quality Analyst will develop applications to meet business and clinical needs using no code or low-code development.

The Quality Analyst at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must have two years' experience in the human services or providing Quality function.
  • Must have a working knowledge of a project management software system.
  • Must be committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration.
  • Must understand word processing, spreadsheets and email systems.
  • Must understand the importance of information to inform system change.
  • Must be detail oriented.
