Job duties include, assisting customers with any basic policy changes, renewals, certificate processing, making payments, or other basic customer transactions. Ideal candidate will be detailed, organized, and have strong customer service skills. Majority of customer service is over the phone or email, with some face-to-face interactions. Must have Property Casualty and Life Health Licensing for the State of North Dakota.
