Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – The Gardens at St. Elizabeth | Denver, CO

Pay Range: $28.25–$30.65/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on care, treatments, and medications
• Support scheduling and administrative duties
• Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation
• Respond professionally in emergencies
• Protect resident dignity and comfort at all times

What You’ll Bring

• Active LPN license in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care is a plus
• A heart for service and high standards of care
