Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate, dedicated Lead Teachers for both our Elementary I (grades 1–3) and Elementary II (grades 4–6) classrooms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for children, a commitment to the Montessori method, and a high level of professionalism and flexibility to their role in guiding and supporting our students.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a developmentally appropriate Montessori environment
• Guide students in academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with Montessori principles
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support student growth and success
• Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress
• Model and foster a culture of respect, responsibility, professionalism, and adaptability in the classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

• AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for the appropriate age group
• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Education or related field
• Classroom teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in all interactions and responsibilities
