IT Governance and Standards Specialist In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and managing Lee's information security policies, while driving an engaging security education and awareness program. Collaborating with the Cybersecurity team, business units, and external partners, you'll assess risks, develop governance policies, and ensure our organization is well-equipped to navigate the information security landscape. Position Responsibilities - Who will you be at Lee?
- Policy Maestro: Develop, implement, and orchestrate the lifecycle of IT policies and control standards, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
- Security Governance Champion: Lead efforts to assess and refine policies, managing risks and exceptions like a pro while supporting security governance activities.
- Risk Navigator: Identify, assess, and communicate enterprise risks, collaborating with cybersecurity teams to craft effective remediation strategies and ensure business resilience.
- Awareness Advocate: Energize the security awareness program with engaging training, phishing simulations, and creative campaigns, ensuring employees are active guardians of the organization's data.
- Metrics Guru: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing leadership with clear insights on IT risk, control effectiveness, and security awareness program success.
- AI Innovator: Leverage AI-based tools to support user needs and elevate IT governance processes.

Education & Experience - Experience: 1-2 years in an enterprise environment is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle challenges at scale.
- Education: A college degree isn't mandatory, but a B.S. in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics would be a great asset.
- Certifications: Holding certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or GIAC will set you apart.
- Technical Expertise: Experience working in Microsoft environments and familiarity with related tool suites is a must.
Pay: $75,000-$115,000
